Sam Allardyce was in Premier League form yesterday as he starred at the MSC's inaugural sporting lunch. Big Sam spoke for 45 minutes to a full house at Manchester Hall about all his experiences as a player, coach and leading football manager. Those listening on included the former Liverpool and England legend Sammy Lee, former Manchester United and South Africa footballer Quinton Fortune, Salford rugby league star Luke Burgess and former world lightweight boxing champion Anthony Crolla. Jean Mills from the Forever Manchester charity also spoke before a fundraiser took place. Huge thanks to everyone, especially Big Sam, for making it a memorable first lunch at the MSC.
